Refund policy

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Blackberry Ridge Farm. We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which you received it, with its original packaging when applicable. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, please contact us at blackberryridgefarmok@gmail.com before sending an item back. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Damages or Problems with Your Order

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and product-quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, burned, worn, washed, or otherwise used after delivery. This includes opened or used laundry products, fragrance products, candles, dryer balls, and beeswax wraps.

Custom or personalized items and gift cards are also non-returnable. Sale or clearance items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or item, please contact us. When appropriate, we can help determine the best way to handle an exchange. Availability of replacement items is not guaranteed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item arrived damaged or defective.
